A day as a Hygiene & QA Supervisor:

• Prepares implements and inspects the locations Standard Operation Procedures and maintains the facilities, food assembly, HACCP lines, follows up with all key managers to ensure all areas are covered and key personnel are trained properly.
• Reviews and updates HACCP documentation, systems, and procedures.
• Investigates and reviews HACCP non-compliance.
• Completes regular quality control assessments and corresponding reports.
• Records all complaints, findings, corrective actions, etc.
  
  

Who are you:

• Minimum 3 years of Hygiene, Food Safety experience preferably in a food manufacturing site.
• Knowledge in HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems.
• Food Safety Certification, state specific if applicable.
• HACCP Certified
• Proactive and self-organized.
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
• Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
