- Assist in monitoring and documenting the production process to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Assist in conducting routine inspections and quality tests on raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- Participate in audits carried out by internal teams or external regulatory bodies
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Communication and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite)
- Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- High School diploma or equivalent
