- Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware and more) by class and type into plastic bins. Wash/run all dirty equipment through the dishwashing machine
- Ensure temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures. Stack and sort clean equipment according to company specifications and moving all washed articles into the respective areas
- Clean drains and machines at end of shift and sanitize dishwashing machine and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Keep items separated, organized, and in good rotation
- Follow all company guidelines regarding cleaning and sanitation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma preferred
- Valid driving license is a plus
