Responsibilities:
- Maintain and oversee the records of all received goods and supplies.
- Monitor supplier performance (On-time deliveries, Meeting company quality & specifications )
- Adhere to the HACCP and all other food safety rules (e.g. FIFO, date marking, correct storage etc.) and ensure the compliance of all necessary paperwork for the receipt of goods and perform other duties as assigned.
- Oversee the entire receiving team with coverage, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee the efficient and accurate unloading, sorting, and storage of incoming shipments.
- Experience with storing and handling merchandise in the food industry
- Minimum of 3 year of leadership experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, heavy workload and standing for a prolonged period as necessary
- Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of self-organization, work exact and quality-oriented
- Ability to work in a cold or hot environment
- Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays
- Annual Salary: $55,000.00
