Day Porter

Monday-Friday (25-30 hrs./week) Occasional Weekends (4-5 hrs.)

This is a long-term position (12 months required) NOT- seasonal or short-term work.

Job duties:

• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms (sinks, toilets, floors, restocking supplies)
• Dusting & surface wiping
• Emptying trash & recycling
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
• Following safety procedures and wearing required PPE (safety shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs in designated areas)

Who We're Looking For:

• Committed & Reliable- Must be willing to commit long term ideally 12 months
• Trainable & Open to Feedback- Experience is great, but you must learn our way.
• Physically Capable- Must be on your feet the entire shift, walk long distances and be able to lift 30lbs, bend, twist, and kneel.
• Owns a Smartphone- Required to clock in/out using our mobile app
• 18 years old with a valid driver's license & your OWN transportation (No exceptions)
• Able to work occasional weekends (4-5hrs)
• Self-motivated with attention to detail (but not overly excessive)

Pay & Experience Expectations:

Pay is based on experience & willingness to follow our training.

• No experience? No problem- We train and start you at a competitive rate.
• Experienced? Great-but you must be coachable and follow our cleaning standards.
• If you "already know everything" and refuse to adapt , this isn't the job for you.

Safety Gear & Physical Requirements:

• Must have or be able to purchase safety toe shoes
• Must wear safety glasses and ear plugs in designated areas
• Must be able to stand and walk the entire shift
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs. without assistance
