Do It Right Cleaning is hiring a dependable and friendly Weekend Janitorial Cleaner to service two nearby locations in the Blacksburg area. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and can work independently without direct supervision.
Schedule & Locations
- Saturday:
- 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM at a manufacturing facility
- Followed by 1.5 to 2 hours of cleaning at an office just 1.5 miles away
- Sunday:
- 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the manufacturing facility only
Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors)
- Empty trash and restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility and office
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Highly reliable – consistent attendance is a must
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable being on your feet and walking for the entire shift
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must provide work references
- No long gaps in employment history (applicants with unexplained gaps will not be considered)
Pay
- $18.50/hour
(Includes weekend premium for limited hours and high-reliability expectations)
