WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A PLUMBING INSTALLER
- At least 7 years of relevant plumbing experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Ability to dig, work in crawl spaces and attics, and lift at least 60 lbs.
- Skills in training, coaching, and developing one or more installers
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with iPads
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Installation experience, including:
- 100 Tank Water Heaters
- 50 Tankless Water Heaters
- 100 Ground Level Cleanouts
- 100 Pressure Regulator Valves
- 50 Shower Valves
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
