Your leadership will focus on developing a results-driven team, filling the 3-day Call Board, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement for sustained growth.

Outbound Call Center Development for Do It Right Plumbers
- Strategic Development: Build and optimize outbound calling systems to drive revenue-generating growth.
- Performance Management: Fill the 3-day Call Board with high-quality appointments, leveraging targeted outbound strategies.
- Team Leadership: Train and lead a performance-focused team to maximize outbound success and revenue.
- Marketing Analytics: Use data to track performance, measure ROI, and refine strategies for higher revenue.
- Talent Development: Focus on training top talent to ensure the team exceeds sales and service goals.
Who You Are:
Outbound Call Center Management Experience
- 5 Years of Experience: Extensive background in managing and scaling call center operations, with a focus on outbound calling strategies.
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Proven ability to thrive in dynamic settings, quickly adjusting to shifting priorities and new challenges.
- Comprehensive Operational Knowledge: In-depth understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and the technical aspects of call center systems.
- Tech-Savvy: Expertise with call center software, particularly Service Titan, ensuring smooth operations and integration.
- Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership skills with a history of building and guiding high-performance teams, creating a culture of achievement and professional growth.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
