Key Responsibilities
Scaling Recruitment Operations : The majority of your time will be spent driving our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, from crafting compelling job ads to onboarding successful candidates, while developing innovative strategies to attract top talent for office and field roles.
- Manage and optimize recruiting tools and platforms—such as BambooHR, Indeed, and social media channels—while collaborating with vendors to streamline the hiring process.
- Evaluate hiring trends to identify opportunities and implement solutions that optimize retention.
- Support headcount growth of 70% as the company scales, ensuring the recruitment pipeline meets business needs.
Organizational Development : A significant portion of your role will involve optimizing office operations and supporting the in-office team to maintain smooth workflows.
Culture and Engagement
HR Infrastructure : You will dedicate part of your role to overseeing HR-related tasks and fostering a positive employee experience.
