Job Summary:
As an Account Receivable you will be responsible for will be responsible for all billing and collection operations..
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collect and process payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
- Answer phone calls
- Manage a weekly collection process: calls and emails
- Research, track and resolve any accounts receivable issues
- Protect organizations values by keeping information confidential
- Review and enter new customer information
- Previous 5 years of experience in wholesale/manufacturing company.
- Mut have ean accounting degree.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and coworkers.
- Must enjoy working with a team and having a sense of urgency.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience with administrative and clerical work: proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong customer service and communications skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
