Job Summary:

The Order Picker (Freezer) is responsible for reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items from the shelves before staging them for delivery. Their duties include updating inventory counts and counting out the appropriate number of goods to fulfill and order.
 

Responsibilities​​​​​:

• Collection of order notes to meet deliveries

• Select ordered items from shelves or stock rooms using barcodes, serial numbers, etc.

• Wrap items securely before placing them in envelopes or boxes.

• Operate handling equipment in accordance with industrial safety regulations.

• Loading of delivery vehicles

• Update stock inventory after retrieving each item

• Stock control management, including item replenishment and storage.

• Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in cold temperatures.
• Team orientated with the ability to maintain a professional, composed demeanor while working through challenges and time constraint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long hours
• Great team spirit
• Great physical condition
•  Excellent attention to detail
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is preferred, but can speak only Spanish.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting rate $14.00 per hour
• Vacation, sick days

Schedule:

• From 4:00 am to 12:00 noon
• Monday to Saturday with 2 days off, Sunday and any other day of the week.

Resumen de trabajo:

El Preparador de Pedidos es responsable de leer los pedidos entrantes y seleccionar los artículos correctos de los estantes antes de prepararlos para su entrega. Sus deberes incluyen actualizar los recuentos de inventario y contar la cantidad adecuada de productos para cumplir y ordenar.

Responsabilidades:

• Recopilación de notas de pedido para atender entregas

• Seleccione los artículos pedidos de los estantes o almacenes utilizando códigos de barras, números de serie, etc.

• Envuelva los artículos de forma segura antes de colocarlos en sobres o cajas.

• Operar el equipo de manipulación de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad industrial.

• Carga de vehículos de reparto

• Actualice el inventario de existencias después de recuperar cada artículo

• Gestión de control de stock, incluyendo reposición y almacenaje de artículos.

• Realizar otras funciones asignadas por el supervisor

Requerimientos:

• Capacidad para trabajar en temperaturas frías (Freezer).

• Orientado al equipo con la capacidad de mantener un comportamiento profesional y sereno mientras se enfrenta a desafíos y limitaciones de tiempo.

• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado durante largas horas

• Gran espíritu de equipo

• Excelente condición física

• Excelente atención al detalle

• Es preferible que sea bilingüe, con fluidez en inglés y español, pero solo puede hablar español.

Compensación y beneficios:

 • $14.00 por hora

• Vacaciones, días de enfermedad

Horario:

• De 4:00 am a 12:00 mediodia.
• De lunes a sábado con 2 días libres, domingo y cualquier otro día de la semana.
