Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow our sales of industrial sawing products and associated services in the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and lead our sales efforts across these multiple territories: MN, ND, SD, WI, IA, IL, MO, and WI.
Duties:
The primary responsibility is to prospect and negotiate sawing machine, blade, coolant and service contract sales opportunities working with a distribution channel, make joint sales calls (with our distributor reps), and liaise with end-user National Accounts. This role will also be responsible for identifying and recruiting new distribution channel members. The individual will conduct hands-on application of our products, productivity testing, and provide machine demonstrations when required. This position also provides marketing insight and feedback. After appropriate training and familiarity with the DoALL Product Line, this role will be looked upon as a Subject Matter Expert and you will be expected to meet sales goals. To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the DoALL core values to both internal and external customers daily.
Qualifications:
The candidate should have a technical background in the sales and application of band saw machines and/or industrial machinery. Strong preference will be given to sales professionals with experience in other metal processing equipment or tooling manufacturing. Experience in band sawing is preferred. A professional and positive attitude is paramount; applicants lacking this quality need not apply.
Compensation:
All our Regional Sales Managers are supplied with a company car, gas and maintenance company credit card, laptop computer, cell phone, and are compensated for other necessary (and approved) office equipment and services. All reasonable travel expenses and lodging are reimbursed. The primary mode of transportation within the assigned territory is by car unless pre-approved for air travel.
