Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Sales Support Coordinator provides proactive and extraordinary service and support to customers and sales for an industry manufacturing leader that designs and produces industrial sawing equipment. Maintains a professional relationship with customers, identifies key accounts, retains current customers and promotes growth in sales, including upselling.
Duties
- Provide Sales Support to Factory Regional Managers for machines, parts, fluids, and blades.
- Prepare machine quotes under the direction of sales team members.
- Responsible for assisting in CRM administration and reporting.
- Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing by efficiently organizing and managing meetings, as well as coordinating various administrative tasks to support the department's operations.
- Enter and process customer orders placed via phone, fax, mail, email or online daily.
- Check orders for accuracy and identifying problems or inconsistencies.
- Process orders for machines for Domestic and International Sales.
- Support external customers by answering questions regarding status of order, pricing and availability of product.
- Update and maintain DoALL Machine Proposals and keep the field updated.
- Assist with resolving any/all issues that may arise for Distributors, Independents, International, National Accounts and Direct Sales.
- Handle overflow of incoming sales and customer service calls.
- Support/Backup Customer Service Department.
- Effectively build and sustain positive relationships with customers.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the company by ensuring prompt and efficient processing of customer orders and correspondence.
Plan, coordinate, and book all details for trade show participation.
Experience
-Associate’s degree in business or related field and / or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience supporting sales and providing customer support in a manufacturing environment.
- 5 years of experience answering questions regarding product and pricing orders in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically proficient in the following: ERP Systems, MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a faced paced environment.
-Previous experience in a Sales Support role is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
