The pay is determined by experience and starts at $60,000
Minimum Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program with:
- At least four (4) years of demonstrated leadership and management experience in an academic library setting.
- Two (2) years of experience leading an organization, unit, or initiative
Experience must demonstrate:
- Knowledge of library technologies, systems, and emerging trends in academic libraries.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in library services and programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, students, and administrators.
