As a Technical Services Specialist III, you’ll be at the forefront of our Service Center, contributing to its support, planning, and operational efficiency. This role requires creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service. While the primary work location is our Crete campus, all Technical Services Specialists will be part of a rotating schedule, providing support at our Lincoln campus one day each week.Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of customer service duties, including providing leadership and guidance to our student customer service representatives. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in setting up technology equipment and coordinating resources for university events and activities.
