Job Description
Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a talented LINUX Developer / Integration Engineer to play a crucial role in the provision of engineering and integration services for our data center operations.
Duties
- Execute Systems Integration Engineering and Implementation services across the enterprise, encompassing hardware, software, and applications.
- Coordinate all design and integration activities for IT services to ensure a high level of consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze the effectiveness and functionality of secure and resilient IT infrastructures, environments, applications, and data/information resources. Provide recommendations for enhancements.
Required education and experience:
- Proven experience in Infrastructure/Datacenter engineering and integration, covering both physical and virtual infrastructure hosting Linux systems. Demonstrated expertise with VMware technology suite and Linux.
- Possession of a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security CE).
- Professional-level Linux certifications are highly desirable.
- ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
