We’re currently seeking a Retail Sales Manager — a customer-focused, goal-driven individual who can guide our in-store experience, drive sales, and support both our team and our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assess their tire and service needs
- Sell tires, automotive services, and accessories that meet both customer needs and store performance goals
- Manage sales transactions, including retail, wholesale, and national accounts
- Assist in managing shop workflow based on service sales and staff/equipment availability
- Track inventory, stock tires, and maintain point-of-sale displays
- Handle opening and closing duties, occasional tire mounting/balancing, and ensure deposits are made safely
- Lead by example to maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and work environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales management
- Willingness to learn tire and auto repair tools and processes (we’ll train you!)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including overtime when needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and occasional chemical exposure

$25,000 - 38,000 DOE plus incentives
