Position Overview :

We are seeking an AI Transformation Leader who has an insatiable passion for artificial intelligence and its potential to revolutionize business operations and innovation. This individual will be responsible for driving our organization’s AI strategy, identifying opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions, and spearheading projects that enhance efficiency, improve quality, and fuel innovation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is pivotal in leading our company’s AI transformation within a fast-growing, technology-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Strategy Development :

  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, including tools, applications, and industry trends.
  • Evaluate and recommend areas within the company to test or implement AI solutions, focusing on driving efficiency and innovation.

Project Leadership :

  • Develop robust planning strategies for AI projects, from ideation to successful deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute AI initiatives.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
  • Technology Adoption :

  • Conduct technical evaluations of AI tools and platforms to ensure alignment with business needs and goals.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, embracing new technologies to improve operations and innovation velocity.
  • Budget Management :

  • Manage an AI-specific budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on the financial and operational impact of AI projects.
  • Industry Engagement :

  • Attend AI conferences, trade shows, and other professional events to stay informed on enterprise AI adoption strategies.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the executive team to keep the organization at the cutting edge of AI.
  • Team Collaboration :

  • Work closely with various teams across the organization to identify pain points and opportunities for AI integration.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring open communication and team alignment on AI-driven initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and technical project execution.

  • 2-4 years of experience in AI engineering or applicable educational background.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Spark, or scikit-learn.
  • Strong skills in big data tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Demonstrated ability to design, train, and evaluate machine learning models.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and testing AI systems for scalability and performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking, innovative mindset.
  • Preferred Qualifications
