Since then our one simple philosophy “genuine hospitality” helped pave the way for us to thrive in multiple markets like Illinois, Texas, Indiana, and Florida. We currently have 9 beautiful locations and one under construction. We are ramping up an expansion that will bring our fresh, scratch kitchen and hospitality into multiple new cities! Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurants across multiple locations. As the Regional Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful performance and growth of our restaurants by implementing effective operational strategies and providing leadership to our restaurant managers. You will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards, achieving financial targets, and fostering a positive working environment.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize the performance of our restaurants within the assigned region.
  • Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers in areas such as customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators, and take corrective actions to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with teams, such as marketing, human resources, and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Identify training needs and provide training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of restaurant managers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of restaurant managers and provide constructive feedback to drive their professional development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive working environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in casual to sophisticated casual concepts.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant group or multi-unit environment.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen operations, and guest experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and motivate
  • teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for restaurant management and reporting.
  • Ability to travel regularly

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
