Duties: External Candidates: The non-negotiable annual salary for this position is $56,731.74 (NAGE Unit 1, Grade 16, Step 1).
Prepare materials such as memoranda, letters, confidential information, and reports. Create forms using a personal computer according to agency format. Along with Unit staff, input data into the Department’s inmate management system. Order necessary supplies for the unit and maintain relevant supply logs. Track all statistics and performance measures of Disciplinary Officers and Hearing Officers through daily and monthly sheets, including logging detailed disciplinary information necessary for trend analysis. Learn disciplinary module of the Department’s inmate management system. Remain up to date on all Department training requirements. Help to maintain the Central Disciplinary Unit (“CDU”) intranet website. Provide general administrative support for the CDU, including but not limited to filing and maintaining case folders. Awareness of and adherence to laws, rules, regulations and policies (including attendance) governing all employees
Comments:
This is a Civil Service position. Please note that salaries for union positions are determined according to the provisions of the respective collective bargaining agreement.
