Job Summary:
Docs Diesel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern for a 10-12 week summer internship to support our B2B Sales Manager. Youll gain valuable skills in HubSpot CRM, cold prospecting, calls, lead generation while contributing to our growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in customer relationship management, prospecting, and sales operations within the diesel parts industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. MUST BE ABLE TO REPORT ON SITE TO BRYAN, OH HQ 2 DAYS A WEEK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the B2B Sales Manager in managing relationships with existing customers..
- Utilize HubSpot CRM for tracking customer interactions and optimizing workflows.
- Prospect potential B2B customers using online research, including Google Maps, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Analyze prospects business activities, maintenance volume, and current brand affiliations to identify opportunities.
- Engage in cold prospecting and outreach through calls and emails to generate new business leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Demonstrate professional persistence in follow-ups and communications.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events as needed
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors program, preferably in Business, Sales/Marketing, Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to report to Bryan, OH office 2 days a week.
