Job Summary
Doc’s Brands is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in direct-to-consumer product design to create visually compelling assets that drive engagement and boost sales. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials across product packaging, websites, catalogs, tradeshows, apparel design, and UX/UI e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a proven track record in product graphic design and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They are fully invested in the brand, eager to take ownership, and driven to grow within the dynamic and ever-evolving startup landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative assets for both direct-to-consumer and B2B communications
- Optimize our Amazon brand page
Develop Amazon-specific assets, such as storefront graphics, ads, video ads, A content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and gallery images to improve conversions and brand presence on the platform
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to enhance the Shopify channel
Enhance the Shopify channel by designing UX/UI elements, including homepage hero assets, collection page headers, product detail page assets, gallery images, infographics, icons, graphics, animations, and videos
- Design product packaging to maintain brand consistency to elevate the customer unboxing experience and shelf appeal
- Develop and update internal brand assets such as brand guidelines, company presentations, B2B marketing materials, and internal brand books to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Create B2B marketing materials, such as catalogs, one-sheets, postcards, and tradeshow booths, to support sales and business growth
- Design print and apparel graphics for promotional merchandise, team apparel, event swag, and customer giveaways
- Design B2C shipping assets, including bounce-back cards and flyers, to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, e-commerce, product, and sales—to translate project requirements into innovative design solutions
- Maintain and organize digital assets and design files to ensure easy accessibility for the team
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal photographers to manage the production process and ensure high-quality print and digital deliverables
- Support future team growth by assisting in hiring and mentoring a Junior Graphic Designer as the design team expands.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with direct-to-consumer products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design and creative digital marketing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing concepts, with a focus on maintaining and evolving a brand identity.
- Experience in UX/UI design for e-commerce platforms, with a focus on enhancing user experience and optimizing conversion rates.
- Strong knowledge of designing for both digital and print applications, including product packaging, apparel/stickers, and illustrative work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
