What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Doc's Smokehouse?
DOC's Smokehouse is currently seeking part time Hosts and individuals who can also assist with takeout orders for their Dyer location. DOC's is a traditional Southern Smokehouse where we smoke our meat, and cook from scratch everyday. Award winning food is paired with a dynamic bar program with over 60 draft beers and 150 whiskeys.
The Host position will work primarily weekends around 2 to 3 shifts per week (10 to 20 hours per week). Some evening shifts during the week may also be needed depending on business levels.

Our ideal candidates will have:
- Previous customer service experience preferably in a restaurant setting, as a Host or in a similar role
- Amazing customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
