What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Doc's Smokehouse?
DOC's Smokehouse is currently seeking Restaurant Servers for their Milwaukee location. DOC's is a traditional Southern Smokehouse where we smoke our meat, and cook from scratch everyday. Award winning food is paired with a dynamic bar program with over 60 draft beers and 150 whiskeys.
We are looking for candidates that have open availability. Must be available to work shifts on the weekend.

Our ideal candidates will have:
- Previous serving experience (but, we will train the right individual!)
- A base knowledge of craft beer, whiskey and wine is preferred
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Amazing customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
