We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols.
• Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly.
• Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Engage with customers to promote products through upselling techniques, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the grocery store or restaurant setting.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

Skills

• Experience in grocery store or kitchen environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks while adhering to safety standards.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean working environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
