Schedule: 1st Shift - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm M- Th (up to 5:30 pm with OT), Fridays as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Verify receipts against invoices, shipments against customer orders
- Resolve discrepancies
- Prepare shipping documents
- Maintain inventory records in system
- Route/transport product to appropriate location
What We Need From You:
- Basic inventory control knowledge
- Distribution documentation requirements
- Business systems software
- May use bar code readers or radio frequency scanners
- May require EDI and customer/vendor specific software
- Attention to detail
- Problem analysis/solving
- Additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- 0 – 1 years of experience (Entry-level)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift/material handling equipment certification
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
- Must be capable of working in inclement conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
