- Installation: Install backup generators and associated systems at customer locations, including wiring and electrical connections.
- Inspection: Understand and assess generator installations to ensure compliance with codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain installation processes, safety protocols, and operational guidelines. Address any customer concerns or questions about generator operation.
- Documentation: Complete and maintain detailed records of installations and repairs.
