Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice/Primary Care
We have an immediate opening for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Catonsville, Maryland.
About the Role:
- Provide primary care and family practice services to patients
- Conduct medical histories, physical exams, and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Prescribe medications and therapies as authorized by state law and hospital policy
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Experience in family practice or primary care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
