Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice/Primary Care
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Hudson, Ohio.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages, conducting routine check-ups, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical exams and take detailed medical histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and radiographs
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Requirements:
- DNP or MSN degree in Family Practice or Primary Care
- Current APRN licensure in Ohio
- Experience working in a primary care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clinical expertise in family practice and primary care
