Job Description:
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications as needed. They will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical exams to identify patients' needs
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including minor surgical procedures
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as necessary
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to ensure best practices
Requirements:
- DNP or Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice or Primary Care
- Current licensure as an APRN in New Jersey
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with our healthcare team
