Cross Country is seeking an Internal Medicine physician, or Family Medicine Physician with a heart for Geriatric patients to work in New York in the Bronx.
Manage a panel of 200 - 250 patients. Mornings are reserved for seeing 6-8 patients; in the afternoon, you do charting and follow-up on the 200 patients, which can be done from home.

- Worksite Setting : Pace Facilities - several locations to cover
- Scope of Work : Geriatric; 8-10 pts / day; provide comprehensive medical / social services to the elderly in the community
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : NY Medical License, BC / BE, DEA, BLS

- Credentialing : 1-2 weeks
