• Conduct thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and values
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Tennessee
• Certification in Family Practice or Primary Care
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
