What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Doceo?
DOCEO is locally owned company that sells medium to large copier equipment. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the DOCEO Service team as a Field Service Technician for the Northern Pennsylvania area. This technician would have an office at our State College location which is located at 2790 W. College Avenue, Suite 1000, State College, PA 16801.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual capable of working with little management intervention, with the ability to prioritize schedules, provide exemplary customer service and follow up with management in a professional and timely manner. It will be your responsibility to effectively repair, trouble shoot and diagnose equipment failures, along with performing other assigned activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Effectively repair, trouble shoot and diagnose failures, along with preforming other assigned activities.
- Maintain, repair and trouble shoot MFP’s & printers.
- Experience with Toshiba and Lexmark MFP knowledge is a plus
- Maintain personal parts inventory and car stock.
- Perform modifications, updates, and firmware upgrades, and stay informed of new releases and technical advisories.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong hardware and software trouble shooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to think and work independently.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
