Job Overview
Dock High Logistics is a fast growing, boutique 3PL with a narrow focus on outdoor industry consumer brands. Our business model is built around forming and cultivating strong, vested relationships with a small number of successful outdoor brands.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee and coordinate daily operations activities. Your #1 priority will be to equip and motivate employees under your responsibility and make them successful.
The successful candidate will be a positive, natural leader with 2 or more years’ experience leading warehouse operations processes. He or she will be an example-setter when it comes to working with energy and commitment.

Required Experience:
Role Experience
We are looking for someone with direct warehouse operations floor-leadership experience in the following areas:
- Open case pick, pack and ship order processing experience.
- Direct experience with inventory management (Cycle counts, discrepancy research, etc…)
- Direct experience with receiving including devan, dock sort and count and put-away.
- Experience with KPI, including tracking being head accountable and holding team members under direct leadership responsible for consistently achieving defined performance standards.
Equipment & Systems
We are looking for candidates that have the following experience with computers and common business software programs, including the following:
- Experience and comfort operating forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks
- Experience working with a WMS program as part of normal workflow.
- Should have experience and some degree of comfort working with common desktop applications, including MS Excel skills.
- Should be comfortable with MS Windows, MS Word and Outlook.
- Should have UPS Worldship and FedEx Easy Ship experience and knowledge

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.50 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
