- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
