Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and role requirements
- Create, post, and manage job listings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events,
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback from hiring teams
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with all candidates
- Support offer preparation and negotiation
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute to employer branding effortsRequirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks
- High level of discretion and professionalism
