Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic front of house team for a new vibe dining concept on Beale Street. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
• Take and process orders accurately using Toast point of sale.
• Ensure food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items to enhance guest experience and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service and restaurant environments, particularly in upscale casual or vibe dining settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, especially Toast POS.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
• Familiarity with wine and beverage service.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
