- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
- Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff.
- Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef.
- Clean up station and manage leftover food.
- Stock inventory properly.
- Ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
