Position Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for generating leads, closing sales opportunities, and promoting DocMagic products and services. Lead generation methods include attending conventions, conferences, and other lead generation activities, obtaining lead lists, networking and more. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, particularly top mortgage companies nationwide. As product expert the Account Executive effectively communicates the features and benefits of DocMagic’s offerings. The primary objective is to drive sales, meet targets consistently, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth while contributing exceptional client service.
Essential Functions
- Identify new business opportunities and effectively maximize call time and face-to-face appointments to generate leads, advance the decision-making process, and close sales to drive new business revenue.
- Participate in designated conferences as required and requested by management.
- Efficiently leverage sales tools (such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Engagement, etc) to identify and engage with potential customers.
- At all times, act in a professional manner and demeanor when representing DocMagic.
- Maintain relationships and keep abreast of existing customer needs and look for opportunities to upsell new products and services.
- Become a subject matter expert on all DocMagic products and services, understand pricing terms and demonstrate all DocMagic solutions, plus effectively conduct pricing negotiations.
- Keep abreast of and become familiar with our competitive landscape to successfully drive and sell DocMagic products and services.
- Work with Point of Sale (POS) and Loan Origination System (LOS) partners to sell DocMagic products and services to their customers.
- Keep current on all sales-related activity and leads, capture required customer data in Salesforce and other systems.
- Create contracts and statements of work for management and legal to review and approve in employee’s efforts to close high-value deals with new clients.
- Strive to exceed quarterly revenue objectives and sales metrics including sales activity volumes, pipeline growth and others as outlined by management.

Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years of sales experience.
- 3 years’ experience with Salesforce or a similar platform.
- 5 years using problem-solving skills, communication, time management, and writing skills.
- 2 years of experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- 5 years of mortgage industry experience and knowledge.
- 3 years of experience working with senior executives at mortgage companies, banks, credit unions and other key markets.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
