We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Dermatologists of Central States (DOCS). This critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations within our medical office, ensuring a positive patient experience, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement office policies and procedures.
- Hire and onboard administrative and clinical staff.
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate administrative and clinical staff.
- Frequently supplement staffing headcount by working as a direct part of the patient care team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or related field preferred.
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use devices including computers, phones, and iPads.
