We are looking for a Case Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and collection of exams results for employees and applicants. This role ensures a smooth onboarding process by effectively communicating with candidates and health care providers.

We are looking for a Case Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and collection of exams results for employees and applicants. This role ensures a smooth onboarding process by effectively communicating with candidates and health care providers.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling exams for applicants and employees along with other tests based on needs and availability.
- Communicate with applicants and employees to confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions.
- Coordinate with health care providers to ensure timely completion of exams.
- Recruit health care providers to administer exams based on requirements needed.
- Maintain and organize schedule and track exam statuses.
- Collect exam results from providers in addition to a quality assurance review.
- Ensure that all processes comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality of applicant information.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Previous experience in case management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in electronic case management systems.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Adhere to strict deadlines while managing a high volume of work.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and workflows to ensure timely completion of exam and result collection.
- Demonstrate flexibility in responses to surges in workload, maintaining quality and efficiency under pressure.
