Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a multi-unit leadership or regional management role.
- Strong understanding of EOS Principles and ability to implement Traction, Accountability Charts, and Scorecards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and hold teams accountable for results.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
