Locum NP / PA Hospitalist need in West Branch, MI
Client covers all travel expeneses
Start : ASAP - Credentialing takes 30 days
LOA : 3-6 months
Work Schedule : In-patient 3-7 admits per night 15-20 patients to round on ICU acuity is low Monday - Sunday, 7p-7a 7 on / 7 off
Patient Volume : In-patient 3-7 admits per night 15-20 patients to round on ICU acuity is low
Procedures :
- indirect Laryngoscopy Intubation
- Insertion and Management of Central Venous Catheters
- Insertion and Management of Arterial Catheters
- Moderate Sedation
- Lumbar Puncture
- Endotracheal Intubation and Extubation
- Ventilator Management Including Readiness for And Administering Respirator Weaning / Oxygen Therapy and Extubation. Assessing Need for Intubation
- Insertion of Arterial Lines, Central Venous Lines Either Percutaneously or By Cut Down
- Chest Tube Insertion
- Tracheostomy care including tube change
- Arterial Line Insertion and Removal (Radial and Femoral)
- CVC Line Placement
- External Pacing Including Adjusting Temporary Epicardial, Transvenous Or Transcutaneous Pacemaker as necessary management of Tension Pneumothorax in Emergent Situation
EMR : Epic / Dragon Dictation
License : MI - Will wait for license
Certifications : ACLS, BLS, DEA
Background experience : 2 years
Staff : Full support staff
