Job Description:
- Provide medical care to adult patients, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and health goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid medical license in the state of Indiana (IN).
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption.
- BLS-AHA issued certification.
