Credentialing Timeframe : 2-3 weeks (may vary with the holidays)
Work Schedule : Monday through Thursday 8-6 : 30 PM
Patient Volume : 12-16 patients / day for Scotia Clinic
Procedures : Bread and butter FP cough, cold, flu, hypertension, diabetes management, chronic care, and MUST be comfortable treating all ages
EMR : IMS (Intelligent Medical Systems)
Licensure Needed : CA license (clean and active)
Certifications Needed : BLS and DEA, also must be currently enrolled in Medi-Cal and Medicaid (PA s MUST be Nationally Certified)
Relevant Experience / Skill Set Needed : Family Medicine, comfortable treating all ages, and working in a rural environment
