Multiple Locum FNP needs near Bangor, ME

2 locations : Patten and Millinocket (1 hour from Bangor, ME)
Outpatient FQHC - Family Medicine
Start Date : 11 / 18 / 24
End Date : 2 / 17 / 25
LOA : 3 months with option to extend
Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
Work Schedule : M-F 8-5 - will consider 4 10s
Patient Volume : 14-16 avg (all ages)
Procedures : Bread n butter primary care, cold, cough, flu, wellness checks, chronic care, etc.
EMR : Athena Health
License : ME preferred, will wait for license.
Certifications : Board Certified, ACLS or BLS, DEA
Additional Info : 36 clinical hours, 4 admin hours worked into schedule
