Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessment findings.
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses, including medication administration and monitoring.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform procedures such as IV insertion and case management for complex cases.
- Offer specialized care in areas such as ophthalmology and senior care as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in medical practices and participate in continuing education.
Experience
- A valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications is required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical records systems and documentation practices is essential.
- Experience in case management and working with patients requiring dialysis is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
