Locum Internal Medicine Outpatient MD / DO need in Fairfield, CA
Hospital-Affiliated Primary Care Clinic
Looking for someone ASAP!
Credentialing : 3-4 weeks
3 or 6 month commitment
Schedule : M-F 8-5
Patient Volume : 16-18
Procedures :
C onsults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment
- Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose a condition
- Monitors lab results, medication adherence and medication toxicities
- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
- Explain and discuss procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient
EMR : Cerner
Additional Info : Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources. Team size overall : 7 MD / DO 2 NP, 1 PA. There is call available, split between team.
