Job Title: Locum Occupational Medicine APP
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) to fill a locum occupational medicine position in Fairfield, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical services as an occupational medicine provider with DOT certification
- Conduct physical exams, perform procedures such as laceration repair and removal of foreign bodies, and administer stress tests
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Cerner EMR system
Requirements
- Credentialing: 30 days
- CA license
- BLS, DEA, and DOT certifications
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. No weekends, nights, or holidays.
Practice Environment
This role will be part of a team consisting of APPs and MDs in a clinic setting.
The client will wait for the successful completion of the DOT certification process before commencing the assignment.
Hourly compensation plus travel expenses will be provided.
