**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physician to join our team at DocStar Medical Partners.
The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventative care
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with hospitalists or other staff practitioners to manage inpatient care when necessary
- Educate patients and their families/caregivers on health-related topics and promote healthy lifestyle choices
Requirements:
- Current IN state medical license
- Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine
- Covid vaccination required (medical or religious exemption accepted)
- Flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemption accepted)
- BLS-AHA certification
